Import duties, taxes and charges - Those charges are NOT included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility.
TAX will be charged when you receive your item. Most of the country in Europe charge you VAT. Please pay it to the delivery person.

- Shipping timeframe
We usually arrange shipment on Wed to Fri after we receive payment. Normally it takes 2-3 days by DHL, and 3 months to 6 months for you to receive your item.
Due to the recent global situation, the transportation period has been chronically delayed.

We state this Exchanges/returns/cancellations as our Return/Cancellation Policy.
It is assumed that you are agreed Return/Cancellation policy / Tax and Company Policy by checking out your cart.
Vintage kimono - we don't accept the return. Please be sure that they are used clothing and very old.
New item - You can return all defective items no more than 5 days from the date of receipt. Contact us first.
Customer is responsible for all shipping charges of returned items.
The item cost (shipping fee is not included) will be refunded after we receive return item.

Prices include tax. No additional taxes will be added on checkout.

These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Normally the buyer pays the import duties when the item arrives. Most of the countries in Europe charge VAT.
It is our company policy that we do not undervalue the customs declaration, and it is banned under the Japanese law. So if the customs found out this violation act, we will not be able to continue our business. Although, the contract between our shop and DHL also is banned to undervalue the customs declaration due.
Due to such risks, we provide the exact amount shown on all sellers' invoices regardless of their status to be individual, business, or anything else.
Please note that we also provide the declared value on the DHL Parcel Value Declaration Form in the same manner. For the same reason, we will not mention "gift" on the invoice or package.
